Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the service stores, why it is used, and how members can ask questions about it.
Information We Collect
Team Fines Manager stores account details such as name, email address, password hash, verification state, and account status.
The service stores event memberships, event settings, fine submissions, assigned members, votes, event status, invite records, verification tokens, password reset records, and operational timestamps.
The app may process technical information such as session cookies, request metadata, application logs, and security or abuse-prevention signals.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, manage event access, send account and invite emails, run live fine events, show stats/history, protect the service, and provide support.
Fine content is used inside the event experience and may be visible to event members according to event settings and admin actions.
Service Providers
The deployment may use database hosting, infrastructure/logging providers, SMTP or Resend for email delivery, and optional Qdrant services for fine similarity matching when configured.
These providers process information only as needed to operate the service for the organization.
Retention And Controls
Event admins can manage event members, archive events, and control fine/event workflows. Account and event data is retained while needed for the event history, security, support, or legal obligations of the organization.
To ask about access, correction, deletion, or export of information, contact privacy@example.com. Requests are handled according to your local jurisdiction and the organization's operational requirements.
Security
The app uses hashed passwords, signed session cookies, verification/reset tokens, role checks, and deployment secrets to protect access.
No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Report suspected security issues to the organization promptly.
